Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme is now available for Bachelor, Masters or PhD levels powered by Government of Ireland through Higher Education Authority (HEA). In a nutshell, The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is pleased to issue the 2022/2023 Call under the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme.
