You need to create account to sign up successful online. This opportunity is open for all students and undergraduate of Delta state origin. 100 level students are not allowed to participate; you should be in 200 levels and above in any recognized institution.

Requirements/Eligibility for State Oil producing Area Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Bursary Program Application

Applications from interested students must come from DESOPADEC mandate area. That is, they must be either Ijaw, Itsekiri, Urhobo, Ika, Isoko and Ndokwa.
Interested candidates must be Students currently in School either University or Polytechnic in Nigeria.
Interested candidates must be from 200 Level and above and
Interested candidates must be full time University or Polytechnic Undergraduates in Nigeria.
