The scheme is set for an enhancement programme for the 2016 N-power programme beneficiaries both 2017 N-power programme beneficiaries will also enjoy the scheme Enhancement Program.
It is now certain that 2016 beneficiaries will proceed into an enhancement programme as you continue to give your service and earn your monthly stipend.

According to Npower team, we are all inspired just looking at the past several months. Many doubted that it was possible to organize half a million young people together for the collective good of our communities and our country. But you have disproved this. You took on unmanned classrooms. Given hope to young children. Despite barriers, you persuaded our people about the benefits of immunization and helped organise records at our health centres. You advised farmers on how to improve their crop yields and boost domestic production. You did this hard work while also improving your skills and learning new things that were provisioned in your devices and during the course of your day-to-day activities.
We are delighted for your work across the length and breadth of the 774 Local Government areas in Nigeria. We are also inspired that there is indeed great hope in Nigeria’s youth. But we also recognise that this is but a beginning and you all aspire to attain your dreams of a much ENHANCED FUTURE. Indeed your dreams for a bigger and greater contribution to ENHANCE yourselves and your families lie at the heart of the next BIG PLAN for our 2016 N-Power Beneficiaries.
The scheme will start from January 2019 with beneficiaries still be retained or posted to their former places of employment.
According to reliable source the welfare of the beneficiaries will be enhanced and the N30, 000 monthly salary will be increased with a better robust packages attached by the npower support team.
