Reason while JAMB Reversed Change of Course/Institution
Candidate’s change of Course were reversed due to some CBT centre that violated JAMB guidelines. TO RESOLVE the issue, Go and effect the change of course at any approved CBT centre and get your JAMB payment OTP. So if you did not generate OTP during Change of Course or Institution it will affect you this 2020 or 2021 even in 2022.
How to know if you’re JAMB Change of Course/Institution were Reversed
- First login to your JAMB Dashboard via jamb.gov.ng using your Email address and password
- On the search link on the top menu of your dashboard or portal; Type CAPS
- Click on Admissions and right click on Check UTME/DE Admission Status on CAPS
- Click on Admission Status
- Check the Course and Institution showing if it corresponds with the one you selected

Steps to get JAMB OTP to resolve Change of Course/Institution Reversal
- First go to any CBT centre nearer to you
- Request to generate OTP from the previous payment
- No payment is required again; the initial payment cover all, all you need to do is to settle with CBT center for little money.
- JAMB will send you OTP which you will use to verify your Change of Course and Institution
- Finally, CBT Centers will process it and send you the soft copy or hard Copy when done.
