Here we will be discussing about the IPPIS Payslip Login Portal for Federal Government Staff, how to access portal and link to login to Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System Administration Portal.
An IPPIS payslip is a monthly generated document for every federal government staff on the IPPIS platform.
It is made after the calculation of salary figures and made available to limited persons. Payslip becomes available usually after payment of salary for the month in question has been made.
How employees view their payslips
- Users will receive an invite to confirm their Workspace account. Click the link to complete this.
- Log into Access Workspace.
- From the 9 dot menu, click Payslip.
- If this is your first time viewing your payslips, confirm your Date of Birth and NI Number.
- Click Hometo view:
- notifications for new payslips;
- a bar chart of recent earnings and deductions;
- a list of payslips – click Show Valuesin the top right to see the blurred values.
- Click Payslipsto view a larger list of payslips.
- Click Show Valuesin the top right to see the blurred values.
- Select a payslip from the list to see the full payslip. This will also give you buttons to view a Printer Friendlyversion, and to Download your payslip as a PDF.
- Click My Payroll Detailsto review your employee details.
IPPIS Payslip Password
The password for payslips is the last 4 characters of an Employee’s NI number (including the letter in upper case). E.g. A National Insurance number of AB123456B would mean a password of 456B.
