Requirements for Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited (IEFCL) Lab Analyst Internship Program

• Eligibility: National Diploma / Equivalent from recognized Polytechnics and Technical Education institutes in Laboratory Science/Industrial Chemistry /Chemistry
• Year of Passing – 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 shall be preferred.
• Duration of Internship: 18 months
• All the eligible candidates will be subjected to two stage selection process – Written Test (Technical & Aptitude) and Oral Interview.
• Candidates who pass through both stages will be eligible for an internship.
• Interns would be paid a consolidated monthly stipend during the period of Internship.
• The Interns are eligible to use the company’s transport for commuting between the place of stay & factory.
• Interns will receive a daily meal allowance which shall be paid as an advance at the beginning of each month.
• Absorption into the regular roles of the company will be based on the successful completion of the Internship programme and the vacancy in the organization.
